At Lilium Skin Clinic, we’re dedicated to offering state-of-the-art, non-invasive skin solutions—Laser Genesis being one of our most trusted treatments for natural skin rejuvenation. Utilising advanced Nd:YAG laser technology, Laser Genesis gently heats the upper dermis to activate the body’s natural healing processes.
Rather than ablating or damaging the skin’s surface, Laser Genesis stimulates collagen remodelling through controlled thermal energy, encouraging smoother texture and improved tone over time. This innovative treatment effectively reduces redness, minimises pore size, softens fine lines, and fades acne scars—making it ideal for those seeking visible results with zero downtime.
Unlike more aggressive resurfacing lasers, Laser Genesis offers gradual, cumulative improvements, making it suitable for all skin types—even sensitive ones. Each session takes about 30 minutes and is virtually painless, often described as feeling like warm sunlight on the skin.
At Lilium Skin Clinic, Our Laser Genesis is a versatile treatment suitable for a wide range of skin concerns, offering gentle yet effective rejuvenation. It is ideal for:

Those wanting to reduce fine lines and wrinkles
People experiencing mild redness or rosacea
Clients with enlarged or congested pores
Those seeking to improve skin tone and clarity
Suitable for most skin types, including sensitive skin
Ideal for early signs of ageing or sun damage
Clients wanting a non-invasive, gentle skin rejuvenation
It’s essential to avoid sun exposure or any other form of tanning prior to a Carbon Laser Peel treatment and use an SPF30+ sunscreen every day
Prepare your skin with specialised skin care products, recommended for at least two weeks prior to treatment.
Avoid active skincare ingredients such as retinol, AHAs, and BHAs for at least 5 days before your treatment to reduce the risk of sensitivity.
Avoid heat or excessive sweating for 48 hours.
Do not use any active skin care products for 24-48 hours post treatment.
Use SPF30+ every day between treatments.
Laser Genesis gently heats the deeper layers of the skin to activate collagen renewal, helping to soften fine lines and improve overall skin resilience
This treatment effectively targets diffuse redness, often caused by rosacea or broken capillaries, leaving the skin looking clearer and more even
By boosting cell turnover and collagen, Laser Genesis helps reduce the appearance of enlarged pores and uneven skin texture over time
Laser Genesis encourages gradual fading of mild acne scars by stimulating collagen and supporting the skin’s natural healing process
This non-invasive, pain-free treatment offers noticeable results with no downtime—making it ideal for regular skin maintenance or a lunchtime skin refresh
The treatment is pain-free and very comfortable. The surface area being treated may experience a warm sensation; however, this will not be painful, and many clients find the treatment pleasant. Furthermore, any lingering sensations usually disappear within the following few hours.
We use a medical grade Q-switched YAG laser for our laser facial treatments, making it safe for all Fitzpatrick skin types.
For best results, we recommend 4 to 10 sessions in a course of treatments. Maintenance treatments are then highly recommended every 1 to 3 months. This ensures you get the best, long-lasting results from your treatment.
If you are currently taking or have been taking medication, it may affect your eligibility to have this treatment. We will determine whether it is safe to proceed with treatment once we confirm the type of medication you are taking as some medication pose a risk when used in conjunction with lasers.
Laser Facial Resurfacing is typically performed every 2 to 5 weeks. However, this may vary, depending on your individual skin type and concerns.
There is not enough research around laser treatments during pregnancy and breastfeeding to deem the treatment “safe”. Because of this we do not perform this treatment on anyone who is pregnant or breast-feeding. Hormonal changes during pregnancy and breastfeeding also can effect the way the skin responds to certain treatments, resulting in inflammation and PIF
Following a Laser Genesis session, your skin may appear slightly flushed with a healthy, radiant glow—like the look of a mild sun-kissed warmth. This subtle redness typically subsides within a few hours and is a normal part of the skin’s natural healing response.
Because Laser Genesis stimulates collagen and boosts circulation, many clients notice their skin looks smoother, brighter, and more refreshed immediately after treatment. There is no peeling, crusting, or downtime, so you can return to your normal activities right away.
In some cases, especially for those with congested skin or acne-prone areas, the treatment may initially bring impurities to the surface, resulting in a minor breakout within the following few days. This is a temporary phase and part of the skin’s natural detoxification process.
Our team at Lilium Skin Clinic will guide you on post-treatment care to ensure the best results and maintain your skin’s renewed glow.
While a standard facial offers a relaxing, spa-like experience with massages and surface-level cleansing, Laser Genesis goes much deeper—providing long-term, clinically proven skin benefits.
Laser Genesis is a medical-grade treatment that uses gentle laser energy to heat the deeper layers of the skin, stimulating collagen production and improving overall skin tone and texture. Unlike standard facials that primarily focus on short-term hydration and relaxation, Laser Genesis targets deeper concerns such as fine lines, acne scars, redness, enlarged pores, and uneven skin texture.
The result? A smoother, clearer, and more radiant complexion that continues to improve over time. With no downtime and minimal sensation during treatment, Laser Genesis is the perfect bridge between luxury skincare and advanced aesthetic results.
At Lilium Skin Clinic, we tailor each Laser Genesis session to your skin’s specific needs—offering a results-driven alternative to the traditional facial.
